"An acceptable two-part story through which, although the situation is not wholly convincing as shown and therefore does not get across with any "grip," there is a deeply interesting human drift. It is freshly conceived, clearly told, never drags and has a good romantic atmosphere. The truly interesting figure in it is the slavey, played by Norma Talmadge.
