"Dinky Doodle scoots into the story of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp in this silent cartoon. Dinky was an early brainchild of Walter Lantz, so to speak, intended as Bray's answer to Fleischer's Ko-Ko. The earlier ones in the series, including this one, began with a hand drawing Dinky, just like the hand that drew Ko-Ko; and Lantz would appear in many of them, interacting with the cartoons like Max Fleischer.
