"Koko pops out of the ink bottle and demands his share of Thanksgiving turkey. Max says he needs to run the movie first, so Koko shows a compilation of pranks he paid on Fleischer to the appreciative staff of the studio. Tommy Joe Stathes, whose site I saw this Koko cartoon on, says this is one of the earliest 'cheaters' in cartoon history, a cartoon made up of clips from earlier cartoons. He knows more about cartoons than I, so I'll accept his word, note that I don't really care for this sort of movie, but also that I haven't seen any of these typically inventive gags..."
