"Walter Winchell appears as himself, haunting the night spots of Broadway, getting the dope on everyone and hob-nobbing with swells and racketeers in this short. He's met Joan Castle, a tyro on the Broadway beat from a hick town, and he gets a kick out of showing off his connections. Paul Whiteman and his orchestra offer a few songs in this one, and Ruth Etting and a few other current celebrities show their faces.
