"This film essentially begins with a ranch owner by the name of "Rocky Brown" (Forrest Taylor) noticing that his herd of cattle has increased significantly in a very short time. So, concerned that he might be framed for cattle rustling, he sends a letter to the authorities asking for them to investigate.
