"This film essentially begins with a ranch owner by the name of "Rocky Brown" (Forrest Taylor) noticing that his herd of cattle has increased significantly in a very short time. So, concerned that he might be framed for cattle rustling, he sends a letter to the authorities asking for them to investigate. Within no time a cowboy under the fictitious name of "Tucson Smith" (Rex Bell) arrives and begins to conduct a clandestine investigation to ascertain who might benefit from all of this.
