"This is one of the poorer of the Fleischer Screen Songs. First, it stars Wiffle-Piffle, the Fleischer's answer to Egghead, which is a question no one should have bothered to ask, even if the latter did evolve into Elmer Fudd. Or perhaps it's t'other way 'round. Wiffle-Piffle is an inventor who winds up inventing five things which are sort of funny, but not terribly so. The title song is performed in a rather Guy-Lombardo manner, featuring a piano player rather than an accordion player.
