Same old Cisco...different Pancho

In the 1950s, &quot;The Cisco Kid&quot; was a television series starring Duncan Renaldo. However, before this it was a popular B-movie series also starring Renaldo but with a different guy playing his sidekick, Pancho. So, instead of Leo Carillo, he&apos;s played by Martin Garralaga in this film. Plus, oddly, Renaldo plays a VERY different sort of Cisco Kid in this film compared to the TV show...as he obviously had a physical makeover later in the series.

The Cisco Kid is a perennial do-gooder...fighting injustice and helping folks wherever he goes. In this case, a town is being dominated by the evil Miguel Sanches. But the Kid&apos;s ways are different from many heroes of the west...instead of beating him up or threatening or shooting him, he gathers evidence of his infamy so the law can punish him. To do this, he goes undercover...and he also realizes he must save the fair Delores from this lecherous jerk.

This is a pretty good B-movie...with a good story and a few nice twists. Not a great one by any standard, but very good and something B fans will no doubt like.
