"Rather boring and stuffy film about Katrin (Sonja Ziemann) who goes through seven phases in her (love) life, these symbolized by seven different dresses. A nicely though-of but not very well thought-out story device that after the first two dresses becomes repetitive, while it is just too predictable which dress will fit her perfectly. Hans Deppe's direction does not overcome the weakness of the script; the cast tries hard to make something out it, but to no avail...."
