RKO&apos;s once-mighty short subject division was down to the occasional Disney short by this point, and its Sportscope one-reelers. The latter wouldn&apos;t last much longer; only four more would be released over the next year.

This one is about sailboat racing in Holland, from toy boats through two-riggers. There are few more beautiful things in motion that a small boat, its sails filled with wind, passing by, and this one shows you plenty of those.

Harry Wismer&apos;s narration is not as good as the visuals. He is one of those voice-over workers who sounds like he is shouting something very important at you, even as he tells the same joke about Dutch boys sticking their fingers into dikes at least twice. I stopped listening.
