"Speedy and his friends are organising a party and try to hide the fact from Daffy Duck. When Daffy comes along, they hide but he finds out anyway. Furious that they are not involving him Daffy plans to ruin their party by using a rain making machine, however the plan is not as easily executed as he hoped.
