"Watching this on DVD, I realise it was Derek Nimmos role in 'All Gas and Gaiters' that I recall with fondness, as I find his northern accent in this rather strange! This is a very gentle comedy, with, obviously religious overtones, and I doubt people of today would get many of the jokes, such has society changed since this was made, which I find a shame. It isn't laugh out loud at all, and unless you have an interest in or knowledge of religious matters, I don't think you'll get much out of it...."
