"Very simple yet very opulently described story by Asit Sen. All the characters of the movie are close to real life. Superb performance from Om Prakash and Jaya Bachan. Especially Om Prakash's work is superb. Anil Dhawan has given a solid performance. One of the best creation from Asit Sen. Music from Salil Choudhury is good. It could have been better. Though all the songs takes movie forward which is more important. One thing I did not like about the movie, the way domestic violence is shown. In my point of view such a delicate subject is not handled properly...."
