"Maneater is worth a watch for Sheree North. She is about 41 here and smoldering in her mompants. Ben Gazarra is 43 they make a good couple and the movie starts out with decent expectations. I suppose it does deliver as far as being legitimately frightening if tigers are actively trying to hunt you down. But overall the whole thing is just a little too cartoonish, from the RV and motorcycle to the close up shots of Basehart evilly reacting. Once the tigers come it is dark, maybe they hunt at night i don't know, or maybe that makes it more scary, but I hate dark movies where you can't ..."
