"In short: this one is a farsical account of the life and times of one Adolf Hitler. It is an uncoherent excuse of a film staggering from a "gag" to another with slow pace and no budget. The "story" consists of jokes sometimes loosely referring to actual events in 20th century history, mostly, however, just reiterating old war movie cliches. Unimaginative use of archive footage doesn't help either. Luckily this one is hard to find, so it is easily avoided as well!..."
