"This was one of the first kung fu movies my little brother and I saw on TV, also along with "Kid with the Golden Arm" and "Executioners of Shaolin". The cheese factor is high, but the action is high-octane. This movie was made in the prime of Hong Kong's cookie-cutter formula era and doesn't get REAL creative in terms of story. Some really rough camera work and editing makes it look like some scenes were done on the fly, but the action was what made it stick in my memory. The choreography is a little stiff in some places, but the on-screen energy and overall fight..."
