"What an unusual role for Jacques Villeret, in a true disturbed villain character, though all long his career, Villeret had sometimes disturbed characters, but not villains. Here, in this novel rather faithful to the novel which it is inspired from, you have drama, and also a bit of adventure elements in the last third of the movie. The audiences can feel some empathy for this villain character, this lonely killer. And the bruno Cremer - Marlène Jobert couple is also moving. Daniel Duval brought here an excellent thriller.
