"I remember watching this show and enjoying it (Hence, I was 14 at the time). A few of us junior high schoolers talked about it during lunch time. The storylines were somewhat "soap opera", trying to be relevant with "hip" kids sporting the latest fashions and doing what young teenagers did back in 1985. I did, however, enjoyed its opening theme. Graphics and sound, it was going for that "MTV" look (sorry but I didn't have MTV, only U 68! One thing we discussed and no of us know: Who sang the tv theme song? I used to say Jernigan Jackson and someone else said..."
