"Mai Zetterling, a name that need only be uttered to invoke a sense of greatness and almost certain masterpieces - and this one is indeed no exception to the rule. Like other contemporary directors such as Bergman, Zetterling excells in conveying her beautiful imagery and cinematography, and the actors all do an incredible job. It is of course very beautifully put together in terms of both shooting, cutting, editing and cinematography, and like all Zetterling's works a mandatory watch for any lover of film.
