"I saw this a long time ago, back when it came out and I was working at the repertory cinema, so I can't give you many details, but I remember it to be a very atmospheric film. After now having lived in the Yukon, I better understand what it is to lack light. The characters were well developed and the movie hums along with questioning about village life, happiness and hope.
