"I don't know what the other guy says, this is by far the best comedy series Germany ever produced. Ein Schloss am Woerthersee really is like Loveboat, but far better executed than that series. Roy Black excels as the charming Lennie Berger and the rest of the cast does well. Particularly great are Josef and Malek (played by Otto W. Retzer (also director of several episodes in the series' entire run) and Adolf Peichl), two lazy workers-gardiners at the Hotel, who are getting themselves into trouble and are consistently very funny.
