This short film was shown at the Sanwa Midori-Kai Pavilion at Expo '90 in Osaka, Japan. It was the debut of the IMAX "MAGIC CARPET", which as well as showing their normal wrap-around screen (18 meters high, 25 meters wide) consisted of two IMAX projectors and two giant screens. One was in front of the audience, as usual, but another giant screen was underneath, visible through a transparent floor. This innovative system, enhanced by directional sound, made people feel as if they were floating in space or flying on a magic carpet of the Arabian Nights.
