"This movie sucks, it was an absolute waste of time. I found myself asking "is it over yet" atleast five times. It wants to be a crime drama, a romance, a comedy, an action film, and a critique of race relations all at the same time and spectacularly fails at every attempt. It is hard to even tell that it was shot in Houston Texas because Little Saigon is barely featured at all. It has the feel of a late 80s Cannon/Charles Bronson movie, but with none of the campiness that makes those films tolerable. To top it off, Vietnam is in ASIA, not TEXAS.
