Hmmm, looks familliar
"I was 13 or so when I first saw this mini-series. We get a lot of TVNZ childrens television imports in the UK. So, it was a great suprise when I noticed the writer was none other than Ken Catran. Who's he you might say? Well, he happened to write a mini series for TVNZ back in 1974 called "Children of the Dog Star". Which just happened to have a simillar plot. And totally identical ending. Not to say that this is bad, oh no. But it's looks like a total rehash of his earlier work. "Children of the Dog Star" is far superior but this is still good sci-fi for younge..."
