"My friend introduced KO Century Beast I and II a few years ago. It's a great anime with good action and fight scenes, and lots of humor. The character designs and animation has a "kiddy" look to it, but it does go well with this series. The story was about four beasts who were captured when humans attack their homelands and kidnaped them and the villages "Jins". They were Wan for the beast world(transforms into a tiger), Mei Mah(was that her name?)from the mermaid tribe, Bud from the Bird tribe(who uses a lot of English words), and some fat guy(don't remember ..."
