"This is definitely better than Martial Law 2, I watched them out of order. Cynthia Rothrock wasn't in this as much but she's certainly a more believable character and fighter in this...she actually gets hit a few times and gets a bloody nose and lip. Obviously, by the second film there was a clause in her contract saying she couldn't get hit or hurt and all the punches had to miss her by about three feet!! Chad McQueen is also pretty good, shame he was called Chad. David Carradine was good too, although several of his kicks looked like he was suffering with arthritis. All in..."
