"Not the Little Rascals short, this film is about horse racing. The movie is a comedy, with some slapstick. Its also shrill and over the top. The lead character keeps losing on the ponies, to the annoyance of his long suffering girlfriend May (who is way too good for him. She's pretty and, given who she's dating, very sweet). He breaks into a party line where tips are being spoken on the next day's race, and begins to win. The movie doesn't glorify gambling and it is pretty much a minor comedy. If you like these kind of films you can do a lot worse. I'd say it had enoug..."
