"Not a bad film, professing to be edgy with NYC art galleries, oddities, rain and fog (wow, after living in NY 20 + years I never knew there was so much fog)- I think the DP confused NYC with London.That aside, and if you can suspend your disbelief enough- the film is watchable. Jennie Garth is actually very good. She is attractive, but not in a helpless female victim sort of way. She is on her own in NYC, and somehow meets Costas Mandylor, a mysterious tenant in her apartment building.
