A nightmare failure

Frank Thring tries hard, but his jumbled script and confusing direction sink &quot;Dream Cream&apos;n&quot;, a movie about erotic dreams.

Cameo is the lovely heroine, who is beset by sex dreams that play like nightmares for her. They take up the bulk of the running time and don&apos;t make much sense.

Recurring motifs in the dreams reflect Thring&apos;s expertise at fetish porn, with masked men, forced sex and the inevitable facials evident. Cameo goes to a shrink, wildly miscast as Jake Steed wearing glasses, and complains to him about all those facials. His advice to her is ridiculous and ends up with her running out of his office when he invites her to watch one of his techniques, namely having sex with his hot secretary Sunny McKay. We get to watch, twice in fact, since in a strange structure to the video, Thring presents two Sunny/Jake porn scenes in a row, the first for real, and the second one of Cameo&apos;s dreams. Movie&apos;s ending is ridiculous, as she ends up having sex with a guy she imagined in her earlier sex dream, later seeing his dossier in a folder, Wayne Summers.

With random and inappropriate music accompanying all these misty dream sequences, the movie is a jumble.
