"Good gags support this rather disjointed late silent Aesops Fables cartoon It seems to be a series of hunters-versus-prey gags, with Farmer Alfalfa fishing, but a bird has stolen his worm, the cat, dog and mouse out hunting whatever they can find, with one rifle between them, and a bird, whose alarm clock has gotten him up, but not early enough to catch the worm. There are role reversals, when the characters with the rifle, for example, shoot at Al, but then it's on to the next gag. Terry is still credited here, but likely that was just contractual; it's already listen as a Van Beu..."
