"The camera shows views of the Victorian city of Liverpool while residents deliver comments off-camera what they feel about their relocation to large housing estates while the old inner city buildings are being pulled down. It transpires that even if the living conditions were not luxurious the sense of community and feeling at home has been lost after moving to the new flats. This is all conveyed in 15 minutes.
