"Here's another of the UPA two-story cartoons they were releasing in this period. In the first, little girl Hattie cavorts to the rising tides of spring, while in the second, Harold Peary sings about a Japanese bowman. Together they make up a standard-length cartoon. This time the better of the two is the Hattie one, which has some nice artwork, and a pleasant little song. The one about Saganaki hasn't aged as well, with Peary doing a bad Japanese accent...."
