At Least It Makes Sense He's Called Mr. Harmonica
"After one of the group falls into the mud, his friends make fun of him and call him a dirty pig. But the harmonica-playing Mr. Harmonica (see how that works?) comes by and tells them in a voice like an organ-grnder the story of why pigs love to wallow in mud. I think the folks at Famous Studios were trying to make a story like Rudyard Kipling in the JUST SO stories. It's pleasant enough, but other than promoting more compassion for pigs, I don't see anything about it except a very small amount of cuteness...."
