"Mighty Mouse is making a personal appearance at a movie theater that is showing one of his cartoons. A local hoodlum cat kidnaps him, ties him up, stuffs him in a safe and tosses the safe into a deep lake. Then he begins his crime spree of grabbing all the mice in town, especially Pearl Pureheart.
