Tata, his respective episodes as a guest star being Turnabout (1971), The Last Job (1971) and Rules of the Game (1973), the first two of those also featuring series regular William Reynolds as Special Agent Tom Colby. Reynolds and Tata would both die on the same day, on August 24, 2022, at the respective ages of 90 and 85, both in California.
