"This is one of very rare movies based on Serbian epic poetry (which is shame for oldest cinematography in the Balkans), and thus share some similarities with far superior and by my opinion best Serbian & Croatian movie ever-Banovic Strahinja. In its roots its a short story about individual heroism of a man who alone fight against local bully after no one else dares.
