"This is one of those games that everyone who played it has good memories of. It's one of the most innovative games ever. Instead of being able to jump, you have a bionic arm that you can attach to objects and swing off of. It may be a pain at first, and you'll die many a time trying to get the hang of it, but if you persevere you'll soon be swinging all over the place like Tarzan. Even without the bionic arm this game would be great. It's a solid military game with a variety of levels, tons of items and weapons, and a really great plot. Go get it today!..."

This is the first NES Nintendo game to use the word "Damn" uncensored in "Bionic Commando" during the Nintendo censorship era. This word would later be in SNES games including "Breath of Fire II", "Mega Man 7", "Mega Man X3", "Ninja Gaiden Trilogy", "Prehistorik Man" and "Castlevania: Dracula X" which also used the word "Damn" uncensored before the ESRB ratings came out.
