"The title fetish is present but hardly stimulating in Ray Dennis Steckler's BLACK GARTERS, a throwaway effort interchangeable with many other features he cranked out during his Mike Ranger period. Big Mike is present, running the swing club and playing a guy named Mike Ranger.
