"After going through the chore of sitting through Toxic Avenger II & III...Citizen Toxie is a welcome reprieve. As it is BY FAR the best sequel in the series. It has some truly entertaining characters incorporated into what is really quite an excellent sci-fi horror storyline. Including a bunch of cameos from the likes of Lemmy, Ron Jeremy, Corey Feldman, Hugh Hefner, and even Sergeant Kabukiman, NYPD.
