"A younger brother is smitten with the new girl next door but she is closer in age to his older brother and she doesn't take his interest seriously. This movie was billed as a family movie but unfortunately instead of being `for 11 years olds' it seems to have been written by 11 year olds. The dialogue is totally unrealistic and the situations are laughable.
