"Jardine takes his new partner Elaine to the Annual Policeman's ball at The Crawford Hotel. Celebrations are cut short when the owner's partner, Jay Erskine is killed, he'd been seen by several people, prior to his death, including Jackie. It is yet another great episode, I'm annoyed at myself for not sticking with the show back in the day, this is a definite classic. I'm stunned at just how good many of the Jardine led episodes were. This one is so well produced, it looks great and moves by at a good pace, the tone is perfect, it's so bleak, once you get the jis..."
