"Quite impressive, although not brilliant in every department. It was grat to finally watch a Japanese manga which properly uses the best in computer graphics. Although the plot seems to race along at a fast pace, it has a curious feeling of slow movement, and I can't quite put my finger on why this is so. The characters are reasonably well developed, and the plot consists of a pretty good mixture of interesting ideas and old standards. Recommended, though it could be improved upon. Now, if only the makers of the towering classic GHOST IN THE SHELL would get their hands on these computer..."
