"This movie about a driven over-the-top cop and his unusual, defiant, charismatic suspect is amateurish in every respect. It looks and feels like a student movie. Both leads are quite capable but the story never goes anywhere. After a fairly decent set-up you keep expecting things to get moving but nothing ever really happens. Things keep plodding along without any real changes for the characters. It is almost as if the production company ran out of money 2/3 of the way through a poorly made movie.
