"A couple of boys take their Scotty and her eight pups down to the beach to have some fun. That's the point of this film and if you enjoy watching a bunch of puppies play, you'll have a good time, despite the simple-minded narrator. He seems to have chosen "See Dick Run" as his standard of narrative excellence and doesn't get much more complicated than that. Still, it is nice to watch puppies at play, eked out a bit by a seal pup and a black Labrador they run into. I'm a little unclear as to where this might have played: perhaps something for some weekday afternoo..."
