"This is a really faithful movie to the original story. The story contains a lot of dark elements from the book and presented here with animation. This is a rare time where a movie decide to be faithful the the original story and shows how dark fairy tales are back in the past. The animation itself looks pretty good when it was made and is a unique style. While some of the movements are limited, it does have good animated parts in it. I found the character design to be weird on the different design for each of the characters and some of them gives off a unnerving vibe to them. I watch the movie..."
