"The Radio Show series (1984) pitted Kit and his pals against his new boss and was very funny and inventive. This second series sees Kit and his colleagues having been sacked by Radio Newtown and coming up with scheme after scheme to try to hit the big time in Brentford. It occasionally raises a smile but usually misses the mark. The characters seem to work better when there's someone in authority to work around.
