"I saw this when I was a little kid, and later when I was an adult. I found it equally amusing both times. This is great for both the young and the old. Some of the humor is subtle, and some is much more blunt. The basic premise of the cartoon is that it shows several different bank heists done in different countries. If I remember correctly, it's France, Russia, and America, although there could have been more countries that I can't remember of. The French are very subtle, while the Americans come in guns blasting. Some, if not all the characters, are famous actors from the country. ..."
