"Cheese and jam is like this unpretentious comedy. It couldn't happen in real life for sure, but if real life is so much fun why do we have movies in the first place? It's an out and out entertainer, every scene is comic...here life appears light and full of laughter And the actors are brilliant.. I saw the movie as part of the European Film Festival and for this film more than any of the others,this one had people laughing and enjoying themselves scene after scene.. and most importantly it's not an empty comedy; It has meaning alright.
