"Right after watching Roger Weisberg's Academy Award-nominated "Why Can't We Be a Family Again?", I read that Simone Biles has a drug-addicted mother who abandoned her but is now trying to reconnect with her. That makes the documentary all the more important, seeing how the children of people with drug problems have to live with someone else and hopefully can make something of themselves.
