A short look at the effect of religion on everyday life
"In this documentary an impression is given, just by images and sound. Without commentary you see the great role that religion plays in the lives of the normal Indian population. The only comment that is given to the images are some wise words by an old Indian 'Sadhu'. He tells what is important in life and what is not and that everyone should respect each other. The picture of the individual citizen honoring the gods is lifted out of the mass of people doing the same thing, just by keeping the camera on that individual, just a little longer. This gives the documentary an extra dime..."
