"Sixty people remain in the small town of Burdick, Kansas. Most of them are very old and few are young. During the last forty years there has been a steady decline in population due to a number of factors. "Bill's Run" follows the run for House of Representatives by one of the remaining residents, a Bill Kassebaum. He's a low-key guy with big dreams for the rural community of mostly aged conservatives.
